Conflict in the Workplace


Reducing and resolving conflict is an essential leadership skill. It is inevitable that conflict will occur and each person has their own natural strategy when dealing with conflict. Some strategies are more effective than others and in this module we explore different types of conflict and methods to resolve them. A great leader can turn a conflict situation into an opportunity for change and you will be taught the tactics for achieving this goal.

This course is one module of the North Canterbury Leadership Series. It can be attended as a stand-alone course or you may want to attend the entire series at our next intake in August.
