Three full days of workshops over eight weeks and two hours individual coaching

This programme, which is only available through Enterprise North Canterbury, will give you the skills you need to grow your business wisely and increase your profit. The programme consists of three full day workshops followed by two hours of individual business coaching with experts from BDO to help you refine and implement what you have learnt.

The three workshops are to be held on the following dates; August 12th, September 9th and October 7th at the ENC Business Centre in Kaiapoi.

At the end of this programme you will have:

  • A practical and innovative business plan accelerating the growth of your business
  • A better knowledge of how the key sections of your business work together
  • New skills and knowledge that will result in a direct improvement in turnover, staffing and profit.
  • The creative and enabling environment that this programme provides will raise your business vision well beyond your current comfort zone while still managing growth wisely.

This course is aimed at business owners, but we recommend also bringing a key staff member. This approach makes it easier to put your new plan into action and to keep your new-found momentum going.

Here is what some of our past attendees have said about the Accelerator Business Growth Series:

"I would strongly recommend anyone in business to attend this course. It is well-run and full of useful information. The additional knowledge I gained has led me to have the confidence in my ideas and to implement them, adding them to my business model. I thoroughly enjoyed it."
- Karen Purchase, Boutique Interiors

"The Accelerator Business Growth Series is a course I thoroughly recommend to people wanting to take some time to reflect on their own business practices and investigate potential areas for improvement and growth in their company. Being away from the day to day running of your company and focussing on working on your business is invaluable. Each of the sessions covered interesting topics and as it was a small group setting each session could be dynamic and tailored to the types of businesses in the room."
- Anne Murphy, Hiking New Zealand

"The course was absolutely brilliant; the best course I've ever done. The value [of the course] is across the board. It's incremental and ongoing. Everything I'm doing in my business is influenced by everything I learnt on the course. A lot of thought has gone into the course and there is the underlying feeling that, although they [the facilitators from BDO] are business people practicing at a very high level, they were genuinely involved in the course and the people that attended.”
- Simon Rutherford, KORE
