Three full days of workshops over six weeks and two hours individual coaching

This programme, which is only available through Enterprise North Canterbury, will give you the skills you need to grow your business wisely and increase your profit. The programme consists of three full day workshops followed by two hours of individual business coaching with experts from BDO to help you refine and implement what you have learnt.

The workshops will be held on the Tuesdays of 24 July, 14 August and 11 September at the ENC Business Centre in Kaiapoi.

At the end of this programme you will have:

  • A practical and innovative business plan accelerating the growth of your business
  • A better knowledge of how the key sections of your business work together
  • New skills and knowledge that will result in a direct improvement in turnover, staffing and profit.
  • The creative and enabling environment that this programme provides will raise your business vision well beyond your current comfort zone while still managing growth wisely. 

This course is aimed at business owners, but we recommend also bringing a key staff member. This approach makes it easier to put your new plan into action and to keep your new-found momentum going.

This programme is aimed at established businesses that are ready to pursue the next stage of managed growth. Ideally, you would have been trading for at least 18 months and have 5 employees or more.
