In this leadership role you will provide direction & coaching / mentoring to your team, lead by example through the delivery of a customer focused in-house consultancy service, strive to improve systems and processes, and manage key stakeholder relationships.
To be successful in this position you will need to have a solutions-focused attitude with the ability to work with various stakeholders with conflicting interests. In addition to technical expertise in the 3 Waters investigation, design and construction management sphere, experience in leading teams and managing programmes of work is desired.
Applicants will be highly motivated team players who are well organised and committed to providing excellent service and quality results. In recognition of this, a competitive salary is offered.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled design professional to advance their career. You will be provided with ongoing support and development opportunities, both formally and through the challenging work environment the Council offers.
If you have the appropriate skills, experience and attitude to fulfil the requirements of this position, you're looking for a great lifestyle opportunity, and you want to be on our team, then get in touch because we want to hear from you!
