A rare permanent position has become available to join our Spa Receptionist team.
As a Spa Receptionist you will be responsible for "Manager of first impressions" and must possess and demonstrate a high level of customer service. You will be familiar with reservation processes and be responsible for making bookings through our computerised reservation system. Accuracy in cash handling and balancing of takings is an integral part of the position. You will handle all customer inquiries and perform general administration and cleaning duties as required. You must possess natural sales skills and have a knowledge or interest in skincare and general wellbeing.
The role requires you to think on the spot so sound decision making skills is essential.
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, highly organised and extremely well presented. Plus it helps if you enjoy massages and facials!!
This role initially offers 33.5 hours per week. However more hours may be offered during holiday periods and staff absences.
Thursdays 1pm - 7pm
Fridays 12pm - 7pm
Saturdays 10am - 7pm
Sundays 9am - 5pm
Mondays 12pm - 7pm
