Scope Group Ltd is a privately owned, South Island based company who specialise in Asbestos Removal, Demolition and Civil Works. We have offices in Nelson, Christchurch and Dunedin.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage our Canterbury asbestos removal division. We have been removing asbestos since 2008 and pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality standard of work. Join a team who are highly trained and have vast experience with both Class A and B asbestos removal from a wide range of environments.
What you will do
As Project Manager you will be responsible for procuring, managing and delivering a variety of asbestos removal projects safely, to time and budget. This includes the management of our Canterbury based asbestos team, communication with clients and office teams and timely completion of key project administration processes.
Key aspects of this role include:
Working to identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic growth development throughout the Canterbury Region. This includes teaming with neighbouring divisions to compliment overall growth, opportunities and efficiencies for the Company.
Technical expertise to understand and design, develop, maintain and improve contracting and construction processes, including Asbestos removal, to champion safety, quality, profitability and client relationships.
What we are looking for
Previous knowledge and understanding of Class A & B Asbestos removal would be preferred. However, we are looking for someone who is the right fit for our business and that has a willingness and capability to learn and understand Asbestos Removal Methodology and processes.
You will require a current driver’s licence and be able to travel, as required, throughout the South Island.
