The Waimakariri District Council have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic Project Information Memorandum (PIMS) Officer to join our Building Unit Team, based in Rangiora.
The primary function of the role is to assess applications for compliance with the District & Regional Plans as well as any other Acts and/or Regulations related to the construction and control of buildings and their uses, as well as answering customer enquiries.
This is a part time role of 20 hours per week. The work pattern for this position will be negotiated with the successful candidate but will need to fall within our business hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm.
