We are looking for a Network Services Representative to help the team provide excellent customer service and expert advice about our electrical distribution network.
You will have a good understanding of electrical practices in the industry, and take a primary role in assessing and determining customer requirements, along with supporting service delivery to the customer.
Ideally you will have relevant electrical industry experience, preferably in a distribution network, and must have highly developed communication skills. You will be able to juggle multiple tasks, provide an outstanding customer experience, whilst ensuring adherence to MainPower policy.
