The company has several key long term maintenance contracts throughout the Canterbury region and over 70 construction projects currently being completed throughout the South Island.

 

What’s the opportunity?

Due to an exciting period of growth, we are now seeking an experienced Network Inspector / Minor Works Manager. This role will provide support to the Road Maintenance Contracts based in Rangiora specifically around the areas relating to RAMM.

This will include working closely alongside the Contract Management team, taking ownership of network quality while handling minor works projects from the client. The responsibilities include collecting physical work on RAMM Contractor for the purpose of reporting, programming and claiming, assisting the client where required in managing their asset database, ongoing development to provide efficiencies in the use of RAMM in the daily operation of the contracts and all activities within the maintenance contracts. Working alongside the experienced Contract Management team to deliver a wide range of tasks for our clients, there is the expectation that the successful applicant will continue to develop skills that will increase their capabilities and responsibilities within the team.

 

What will you bring?

This role requires someone who is highly motivated, has a pragmatic, flexible and adaptable approach along with the passion to empower, develop and provide leadership in RAMM at CORDE. The successful candidate will be someone who is up front and honest and really wants to make a difference within a company who encourages growth and development.

You will be someone who has experience working in the civil construction or contracting industry, with the ability to communicate clearly with a range of people, internally and externally. All training will be provided but you must be willing to learn and bring a positive attitude to the team.
