If you have a zest for Administration we have an opportunity available for a highly motivated, detail orientated team player to join our Lime Real Estate team.

You will be joining a team who are working together to grow our boutique real estate brand while supporting our fantastic community who support us – we are a North Canterbury based company that work all over the North Canterbury and Christchurch regions. Key Lime Skills and Qualities:

Accuracy, attention to detail and an "ownership' focused attitude
Strong administration background (Real Estate specific advantageous but not essential)
Confident using Microsoft suite
Friendly, welcoming communicator with great listening skills
Outstanding multi-tasking and organisational skills and can work to strict deadlines
Ability to work well under pressure, ability to prioritise and provide exceptional service
Motivated to seek opportunities to step in and help our busy team
The Juice of the Job:

Being the first point of contact for all phone and walk-in enquiry
Processing and managing new listings and sales
Ordering and designing marketing and social media collateral
Providing reliable and quality administration support
Minute taking and reporting
Organise team and community events
Account assistance
