Food and Beverage Team Leader

The Heritage Hotel is a 4.5 star hotel situated in the alpine tourist village of Hanmer Springs, North Canterbury.

Isobel's Restaurant is looking for an experienced food and beverage attendant, who is ready to take on a leadership role. As our Food and Beverage Team Leader you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in running the department.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • 1-2 years work experience in a Hotel food and beverage department(preferrably fine dining)
  • Strong time management skills
  • A willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
  • Ablility to assist with all aspects of the restaurant, conferencing and weddings
  • Outstanding customer service focus
  • Ability and confidence to coach others
  • Well groomed and well presented
  • A passion for wine and food
  • Manager's certificate
