Chef - part-time

Job Description

Our goal is to maintain an environment where customers are welcomed, and find a friendly and enjoyable place to repeatedly visit and socalise.

We are looking for a qualified chef to work part-time in our new kitchen. Hours are negotiable and the roster does vary week by week. Dinner service for 2 - 3 nights per week will be preferred.

Skills required:

  • Managing a kitchen
  • Recording and minimising wastage
  • Consistent food prep and high standards of presentation
  • Working with professionalism and treating all colleagues and customers with respect is essential.

Maintaining a great dining experience for our customers is important to us.
Shifts can be sole charge.
This is a rural bar and restaurant so a drivers licence is essential.
The Hogget is closed Sunday and Monday.
