Assistant Store Manager

An exciting opportunity now exists for an ‘Assistant Store Manager / Retail Focused Sales Professional’ to help lead the Rangiora team into our new premises.

In this position, you’ll actively work alongside the Manager taking joint ownership of the store and leading the team. Using your knowledge and passion you’ll be a key point of contact for our loyal customer base, upholding a superior level of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a retail environment along with the following skills,

  • History working in a retail environment.
  • Experience in supervising, leading and motivating a team.
  • Initiative to go the 'extra mile' for customers.
  • Merchandising and maintaining store presentation.
  • Show an understanding of the retail (cycling) consumer.
  • Have a strong sales focus and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Have good knowledge of the bicycle products and a strong passion for bikes.
  • On the job training can be provided for the successful applicant in this position.
