Enjoy an assistant managerial role in the grocery department. Thrive overseeing the teams by providing motivation and guidance throughout the week to the grocery teams, as well as managing stock levels, budgets and rosters with the guidance of your senior management team whose vast array of industry knowledge and experience will assist in your success.
Your daily tasks will be to support your grocery manager to ensure the department is running efficiently. You’ll mitigate absences and provide assistance with seasonal uplifts and busy periods throughout the week. Gain further experience by covering annual leave or absences of senior management to further provide you with career development opportunities.
Have previous supermarket experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
Understand the importance of communicating and supporting your teams.
Can manage budgets and stock levels
