McAlpines Mitre 10 Mega are looking for an exceptional Administration Assistant to join the Admin team.

The successful applicant will have:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administration assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook, Word in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
• Computer literate
• Cash handling experience with a head for numbers.
Hours are Monday – Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm.
McAlpines have an active drug & alcohol policy in place, a pre-employment drug test and medical will be required.
