Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an accounts superstar!

If numbers are your passion and you have a razor-sharp eye for detail, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to run the financial side of our growing business. 

With our real estate and property management arms to the business, your role will be diverse, exciting and full of surprises with room to develop the role in the future.

Duties and Responsibilites:
✔ Payroll
✔ Managing Xero
✔ Reporting
✔ Invoicing
✔ Banking
✔ Debtor Management
✔ Agent Commissions
✔ Other tasks as required to support the business owner

Skills and Experience:
▪️ Payroll experience
▪️ Accounting experience preferably Xero
▪️ Knowledge and experience dealing with P&L, GST and Tax
▪️ Real Estate or Trust Accounting knowledge preferred but not essential
▪️ Extremely high accuracy and attention to detail
▪️ Microsoft Suite or Google Drive & Docs experience
▪️ Excellent organisational and self-management skills
▪️ Show initiative

Based at our Rangiora office, Monday to Friday, 25-30 hours per week with the potential for more in the future.
