If you are concerned about missing filing dates (GST, PAYE) and other tax issues affected by the quakes, get in touch with the IRD, they are taking a flexible and realistic approach.

 

The Business Mentoring Programme provides 12 months of confidential one-on-one advice for owners of small and medium-sized businesses that are currently trading and who want to grow or need help to solve specific business challenges.

Volunteer business mentors with experience and empathy for small business offer guidance, act as a sounding board, challenge your thinking and provide you with an independent and fresh perspective.

 

The Business Recovery Grant Programme (BRGP) is for businesses who require financial assistance.  The BGRP is for the businesses most in need, helping them until State Highway One (SH1) reopens. 
An Independent Panel governs the BRGP and is separate from the Kaikoura, Hurunui or Marlborough District Councils. Only the Programme Administrator and the Grants Assessors handle your application and supporting information.
