Enterprise North Canterbury is part of the New Zealand Trade & Enterprise (NZTE) Regional Business Partner network. This network is supported by Callaghan Innovation and NZTE to provide information and advice to New Zealand businesses.

As a RBP we have specialist business advisors available to help business owners and key managers identify needs and opportunities to grow their business. We can provide advice, information, referrals and connections to businesses seeking support for their growth journey.

If you are a business seeking advice and support to help you grow, get in touch with our Business Growth Advisor, Guy Graham

What will this cost me?

It will cost you nothing to meet with us for an assessment. We may suggest that you make use of training, coaching or other services that have a cost, but there is no obligation for you to do so, and we may be able to help with the costs through the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise voucher system.

Who do you refer businesses to?

Every business is different, and referrals are based on our knowledge of services available nationally. We usually refer businesses to a variety of web-based resources, local training, training based elsewhere and individual mentoring and coaching. However it is impossible to know where we will refer you in advance as we really do try and find the best fit for your business.

Our Business Service Partners are local business services that are endorsed by ENC. While they pay us a fee to be a partner with us, we only partner with services that display a high level of expertise.

What do I need to do to access this?

  1. Arrange an appointment with ENC
  2. Create a business profile on the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise partners website
  3. Complete an assessment with our Business Development Manager (allow approx 1 hour).
  4. If the need for coaching or training is identified, a Capability Voucher may be issued for up to 50% towards the identified training requirement (subject to NZTE eligibility criteria)
