Happyhire’s Eats & Beats is set to return next month with another exciting line-up of music performances, food vendors and market stalls in Rangiora’s Victoria Park.

Over thirty food vendors and gourmet market stalls will be in attendance this year, offering eventgoers the chance to try cuisines from around the globe and do their artisan food shopping at the same time.

A licensed area will be on site with a selection of craft beers from The Good Drop and Brew Moon Brewery as well as a range of wine from local vineyards including Ataahua Wines and Torlesse Wines.

Event Manager Belinda Topp from Rangiora Promotions says Happyhire’s Eats & Beats is a one-of-a-kind festival and is highly anticipated by the local community throughout the year.

“If you haven't been to Eats & Beats previously it is highly recommended you don't miss this year's event,” she said.  “It’s a real spectacle as the park is beautifully detailed with professional lighting and in addition to the food, stalls and music we have some really exciting entertainment by Highly Flammable fire performers as well as local dance group Northern Gypsy Tribal Bellydancers.”

“It is a great chance to catch up with friends and family and enjoy a low-cost night out.”

Running from 4pm until 9.30pm on Saturday, April 6 the event promises a different music act each hour. “It’ll start out with some laid-back jazz styles and move into some more upbeat pop and classic rock towards the end of the night,” explains Belinda. “The musical line-up this year is better than ever!”

Happyhire’s Eats & Beats is now in its third year. The event is organised by the Rangiora Promotions Association in partnership with Happyhire. Rangiora Promotions is a non-profit organisation which delivers a calendar of quality community events in Rangiora and works to promote the town of Rangiora and the businesses within it.
