Exporter New Zealand Canterbury

Export New Zealand Canterbury is an organisation run by exporters for exporters.  Membership is focused on small to medium sized exporters (SME's) together with individuals and organisations who provide support services to businesses.

New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE)

NZTE is the New Zealand Government’s trade and economic development agency. NZTE assists New Zealand businesses of all types and sizes to improve capability, international competitiveness and profitability. This is undertaken through promoting access to skills and resources that businesses need for establishment and growth finance, technologies, expert knowledge and information.

Canterbury Development Corporation (CDC) 

CDC promotes and facilitates economic growth in the Canterbury region by working with businesses to improve their management capabilities, helping communities to help themselves, and working alongside key agencies to promote Christchurch and Canterbury as the destination of choice to live in, invest in, and do business.

Canterbury Economic Development Fund

Eligible projects will need to supply one or more of a number of benefits to Canterbury, including the generation of exports or replacement of imports, providing new services, attracting new investment, creating new business or employment, or supplying a new invention or innovation. Projects will also be judged on the social, cultural and environmental impact they have within the region.

Technology New Zealand (TechNZ)

Tech NZ, a business unit of the Foundation for Research Science and Technology, is a comprehensive suite of schemes that promotes the development and adoption of advanced technologies by business. Investment, by TechNZ in the form of grants, is directed at supporting technical risk and technical advancement rather than supporting commercial risk or aspects of general business development.
