An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Information Management unit to assist our busy Information Management team. There are two Fixed Term Vacancies available, one for 12 months and one for 6 months.

You will be involved in several new initiatives, ranging from the digitisation of paper records to the further implementation of electronic document management systems. This is a chance to be part of these exciting new projects and to learn more about the evolving world of Information Management.

The 6 month contract involves processing and delivery of correspondence, assisting with the management of the Council’s records and participating in the implementation of the new systems. The 12 month contract is predominantly focussed on Digitisation of our Property Files.

You will be exceptionally well organised, have accurate keyboard skills, previous office administration experience and an in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Products. A passion for customer service and the ability to work closely with a small team is a must.
